Job Description & Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care

Must have BLS, ACLS, NRP, valid WA State Resp License. Ventilator/BiPAP critical care experience, Draw/Analyze ABG, ER experience; good assessment skills. 2+ years of experience. 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. 100 beds. EMR is EPIC. Type of equipment - Vents: Servo S & I, LTV 100/1200; V-60 Bipaps Vapotherm, Hi Flow, GEM ABG machines. PREFER: Neonatal resuscitation, CORD ABG analyzing/drawing, bedside bronchs on intubated patients, Ability to do EKGs. Weaning parameters, ABGs, ABGs, Assessment, Rapid responses, Transports of critical patients to procedures/tests. SVNs, CPT, suctioning, proning. Home oxygen assessments, Oxygen titration. Team player who helps and supports team mates. Ability to multitask, and change direction when needed as we are a busy RT department. Scrubs, closed toe shoes.
