Job Description & Requirements

Speech & Language Pathologist - Skilled

The Speech Therapist #SLP1 is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

40 gww Must be willing to Float to any of these facilities: Williamstown Commons, North Adams Commons, Fairview Commons, Kimball Farms, Mount Greylock, and Hillcrest Commons

Preferred Qualifications

SNF EXP MA license - will wait on license
