Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Facility does NOT hire travelers/contractors that have a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility. Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist/ Med Tech. Hospital provides housing and bill rate is adjusted accordingly. No exceptions will be made, travelers must take our housing. Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum of two years as a Medical Technologist, preferred, in a large hospital setting. Cerner experience is required. Completion of Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science Training. Certification as a MT by the Board of ASCP, CLS by NCA, HEW or ISCLT is recommended. Must meet CLIA requirements for job description. **If Traveler is selected for assignment, State and County Criminal Background check must be a FULL background check and not limited to 7 years**

Required Qualifications

Clinical Lab Scientist Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum of two years as a Medical Technologist, preferred, in a large hospital setting. Clinical Lab Scientist/ Med Tech – Lab - Overnights. 11-7, M-F, every other weekend On Call requirements Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist/ Med Tech Hospital provides housing and bill rate is adjusted accordingly. No exceptions will be made, travelers must take our housing. ALL housing arrangements must be made through HR. For housing information please call 432-221-HOME(4663). $55.00 bill rate - Housing options are dependent on availability 1) $55 bill rate - 1 bedroom furnished apartment with all utilities included.
