Job Description & Requirements

Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist

This person will work M-F 2nd shift from 2pm to 1130 (approx.) or 3rd shift from 830pm to 630 am (approx.). Would also include holidays and every 3rd weekend rotations with 12 hours shifts from 5pm to 530 am. for 16 weeks. . Location: Hartford City, IN *Prefer someone with with Cerner and Remisol experience* Rotating shifts, evenings/nights. Manager will discuss this with traveler in interview. Monday through Friday, possible weekends. Requires Bachelors degree in related science; or degree from an approved Medical Laboratory Technician Associate Degree Program. If they have an associate degree they need ASCP or AMT certification. Skills/Areas of Competency Needed: General Chemistry, Immunoassay Chemistry Testing (Beckman Coulter AU680, Beckman Coulter Access 2) General Hematology (Beckman Coulter DXH 600, 800, 900 manual differentials) General Coag (Instrumentation Laboratory TOP 550) General Urinalysis (IRIS and Velocity) Kit Testing Limited Blood Bank (Blood Types, Cross Matches, Dispensing) Immunology (DXI)
