Job Description & Requirements

Social Worker - Acute

LCSW (licensed Clinical Social Worker) , LPC (Licensed professional counselor), LFMT (licensed family marriage counselor therapist), CSAC (Licensed Certified Substance Abuse Counselor). License must be valid in Virginia Patient population: patients with HIV or at risk of getting HIV (participation in high risk behavior), post trauma pts, educating sexual workers that are at risk, sexual assault pts, pts that are just getting diagnosed with HIV. Helping patients learn to live with HIV and acceptance with HIV

Required Qualifications

Helping patients learn to live with HIV and acceptance with HIV WEEKS: 13 weeks SHIFT: days M-F (some flex but Monday and Friday are a must) no weekends, no holidays (flex three 12's etc)
