AMN Passport Mobile App Puts Your Career at Your Fingertips

Allied traveling professionals who want easy access and more control of their careers are using AMN Passport, our allied professionals' mobile app that lets you quickly and easily find, book, and manage your travel assignments – and so much more.

Available since April 2020, the app can be downloaded in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Jeff Spors, a physical therapist traveler with Club Staffing, started using the app when it first came out. He felt the intuitive interface made the app easy to use.

"I like how easy it was to navigate to the different areas of my profile and to view my assignment and my credentialing process," he said. "I also enjoy the ease of seeing your pay stub information rather than having to go to the ADP app separately. Everything is centralized in one place now."

Jeff said the app came in handy during the last holiday season. His facility was closed during part of the holiday, and he was able to monitor that he was being paid for the correct number of hours. 

He hasn't started a new job since using the app but has extended, which he said was easy to do via the app.

"The app is convenient," he said. "A one-stop shop for your traveling needs."

The app lets users search for jobs, manage the onboarding and credentialing process, and as previously mentioned, securely track time worked, pay, and benefits as soon as they post. Other features include:

• Self-Serve Checklist — Know where you are in the credentialing process at any time. You can capture, upload, and send credentials and requirements right from the app.

• Helpful Resources — Easy access to essential documents and links with the ability to sign and submit forms.

• Credential Wallet — Store all your credentials in one location with reminders for expiring items.

• Profile Management — View and edit your professional details (licenses, certifications, skills checklists, etc.) and manage your personal contact information all in one place.

• Connect with Your AMN Team — Click to call, text, or email your dedicated AMN team, assembled to support you at every step of the process.

Physical therapist traveler Tom Brandt started using the app last month. Admitting to being "stuck in his ways," Tom was a little hesitant to use the app, but now he's glad he did. 

"One of my favorite benefits is that having all my professional profile information right on the app saves me time when I have to interact with customer support,” he said. “Also, the Time and Pay feature is very convenient. It used to take 11 or 12 clicks before seeing my paycheck and now it's one, maybe two clicks to get what I need."

The app also allows easy access to critical documents needed for credentialing. Tom likes that when he fills out forms via the app, many of the fields automatically populate with his information.

Both travelers said they access the app at least once a week and acknowledged that app use would rise when taking a new assignment.

Tom also enjoys the top jobs that are recommended to him through the app. He said it answers three crucial questions he always asks about a job: What city and state is it in? What's the start day? And what is the pay?

Another benefit of the app is that it helps recruiters understand the wants and needs of their travelers.

"The app allows great visibility on the traveler's part, which, in turn, creates a better and more efficient dialogue with their recruiter," said Mason Stebbins, Club Staffing senior director of recruiting.
