INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT MIX- temp to perm only in Ottawa, IL. SIGN ON BONUS!! MUST HAVE 2+ years experience as OT. Will not consider new grads. Staff OT in a hospital setting to provide inpatient and outpatient services for a variety of diagnoses. Opportunity for Pediatrics if interested. Experience with General Adult Population including Hand Therapy required. IL license required. Relocation allowance and tuition reimbursement or sign up bonus incentives to qualified candidate - $45000 paid over 5 years or $10000 sign on bonus paid over 2. Salary range $57000-$86000. Will not consider COTA's.
